What is your activity ?
Consumption has changed significantly in recent years, with the power of decision being passed from the hands of companies to those of consumers. In this context, we offer cross-channel solutions that are part of the customer journey by addressing both consumers and sales advisers in stores. Solutions like ours can increase the conversion rate of 32%.
What are the perimeters of your configurators?
We were originally targeted at configurators in the field of office layout. We mainly targeted companies and small manufacturers who sold their products directly. Today, we have extended our configurators to decoration (the flooring and walls of which we are specialists), the layout of the building (interior and exterior) as well as the sanitary and furniture with a particular know-how in the bathroom. We also address all those who distribute materials for these areas.
What is the typology of your customers?
Among our customers, we have distributors and traders but also manufacturers of all sizes who need to help sell their products or attract new consumers.
What are the particularities of KORELIZ?
We put our publisher know-how at the service of our customers whom we consider our partners. We are part of a sustainable approach: we are very sensitive to the return on investment of our solutions to our customers. We therefore put in place a strategy and support upstream and downstream of the project to provide the best return on investment in relation to their needs. But we also have the knowledge and expertise of our clients' businesses. We are able to quickly understand and understand their problems and thus limit their resources to be able to send us all the information we need to implement them in our customized solutions.
What are your investment plans for the future?
Today, on the configuration to the building, we have increased 300% our turnover in 3 years. In the next three years, we aim to double it. We therefore have ambitious investment projects. In terms of solutions, we are investing in ergonomics and tool intelligence, both to simplify use and to optimize the management and measurement of our clients' returns on investment. We are also investing in the security of our solutions, which we believe is essential. Finally, I am convinced that only companies that have real values vis-à-vis their employees will attract and retain them: this is why we are part of a CSR approach.
